The Lake Como Engagement photography of {C} & {K} took place a few days before their wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Pizzo, Lake Como. You can check out their wedding photographs here. We ventured up the Funicolare on one side of Lake Como. The views at the top were breathtakingly stunning!

Engagement Photography at Lake Como

Lake Como is the third largest lake in Italy and one of the deepest in Europe. It is at the foot of the world-famous Alps and is a picturesque and fun location for a wedding or an engagement shoot. Sprinkled with charming villages and towns, Lake Como is accessible by road or boat. Celebrities have homes here.

During the Lake Como engagement photo shoot, our boat driver pointed out the residence of a certain George Clooney! The most popular and famous towns are Bellagio, Varena, and Menaggio.

If you plan to head to Milan, then Como or Varenna are excellent locations because of the easy accessibility to the trains to Milan. I recommend experiencing Lake Como abroad on a boat, either on tour or, if you can, hire a private boat tour and visit the historic villas or other towns on the shores of Lake Como at your own pace.

Then we ventured onto a boat and cruised around Lake Como to get some beautiful portraits of {C} & {K}. Lake Como is a fantastic place. The windy, narrow roads, spectacular light, and friendly locals made this a dream Lake Como Engagement Photography venue.
