Corinthia Hotel Wedding Photographer. {E} and {M} chose the luxurious setting of London’s Corinthia Hotel in Central London for their wedding, and it is the perfect environment for your special day.

A combination of old-school grandeur with a fresh, contemporary feel, the Corinthia is popular with the well-heeled and the well-known, from premier league players to pop stars – I passed Will.i.am on my first visit to scope out the venue.

The Corinthia Hotel is a luxurious wedding venue. It caters to intimate celebrations in the private dining room of Kerridge’s Bar & Grill and bigger parties in the Grand Ballroom, which always impresses!

However, the star of this day was the lovely couple, {E) and {M}.

I first met {E} and {M} through a mutual friend whose wedding I photographed. They were taken with the final images and asked me to photograph their engagement shoot – a fun, relaxed series of photos at their favourite London Landmarks and wedding photography.

Eisu and Marty’s wedding day at the Corinthia started in style.

The groom’s party took breakfast at The Ivy, a popular restaurant with anyone who enjoys fine dining! Situated close to the West End theatres, it quickly became popular in theatrical circles, with regulars such as Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier.

After breakfast, the groom and his party returned to The Savoy to prepare for the wedding. The Savoy is another of London’s many elegant hotels.

Grooming, quite literally, complete, Marty’s entourage moved onto the Trafalgar Hotel for drinks with family and friends on The Rooftop, with the amazing skyline of London in full view!

Back at the Corinthia, in one of their impressive rooms, I captured some tremendous playful shots of the bridal preparations. 

One particular image of {E} having her make-up applied won Fearless Photographer’s Photo of the Day for its creative composition.

Just before the arrival of the guests and the bride, {M}arty sat in the wedding ceremony room alone, deep in thought.

The beautiful ceremony in The Courtroom went off perfectly, and {E}’s excited expression as she entered the wedding venue and the couple’s huge smiles encapsulated their happiness.

The Garden Lounge hosted the cocktail reception. What a magnificent room!

Before the wedding breakfast, the couple and close family created a receiving line to greet guests individually. The heartfelt hugs, unbridled laughter, and emotional exchanges were a delight to shoot, and you can grasp the depth of feeling in the final images.

Following the wedding breakfast in the majestic Grand Ballroom came the speeches culminating with the bride’s father presenting the groom’s parents with a plaque inscribed with English and Burmese, a touching symbol of Eisu and Marty’s union.

Eisu’s favourite image of the day is of herself and Marty seated and holding hands. Although fleeting, the photo symbolises their happiness. {E}’s accompanying hashtags sum it up perfectly: #bestfriendsforever #BestDayOfMyLife.
