Kathmandu Pre-Wedding Engagement Photography
Hello and welcome to the Kathmandu Pre-Wedding Engagement Photography of {S} & {A}.
As is customary in Nepalese weddings, the wedding took place over several days and in several venues from The Yak Party Palace to the Classic Venue and finished at the Heritage Gardens in Jhamsikhel, Patan.
Photoshoot at the Royal Empire Boutique Hotel
The bride and groom wanted somewhere special for their photographs.
They decided to have their pre-wedding engagement shoot at the Royal Empire Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu. As well as the rooms, the hotel also has a restaurant for guests, free private parking and a bar for light and alcoholic beverages.
The hotel also has a casino, a spa centre, a children’s playground, a garden, and a currency exchange for guests’ convenience.
Photos at Durbar Square Patan
Once we had photos from the Royal Empire Boutique Hotel, we made our way to the Durbar Square in Patan, as the couple wanted some photos inside the famous Krishna Mandir.
Patan Durbar Square is always busy, which proved on this occasion too. We did manage to get photos that showed off how unique the Mandir is.
The final destination was to have some photos in front of a stupa. We got lucky. The stupa was closed, but as it happened, the person in charge of the stupa was walking by and briefly opened the gates to allow us to take some photos.
