Please use this form below to tell me as much about your day as you can. I realise that it might not be entirely relevant as every wedding is different but hopefully you can use it to let me know where people will be, and when, and what is happening! The more I know about the day in advance the better!

The idea is that I can have a comprehensive timeline so I can put together my own itinerary and ensure I am always in the right place at the right time and that your wedding photography coverage is totally awesome!

  • Your Wedding Day

  • List the addresses where you are getting ready & from what time? Please include postcodes and any specific directions if required
  • The names of everyone else getting ready with you, and the mobile no. of at least one please.

  • Person B

  • The Ceremony

  • Please provide the full name and address, including a postcode (please ensure it's reachable via SatNav)
  • Are you having confetti? If you are, then enjoy the walk. Please walk slowly as I will be walking backwards !
  • If parking is limited, please can I ask you to reserve a space for me as I'm often arriving at the last minute!

  • The Reception

  • Please provide the full name and address, including a postcode (please ensure it's reachable via SatNav)
  • Please include times of: dinner, first dance, cutting of the cake, and any other important events.
  • Where are the speeches taking place? And who is giving them? I highly recommend having the speeches after the meal.
  • The only time I really stop working during the day is when you sit down to eat. Will you be providing a meal at this point, or do I need to sort something out?

  • Photos

  • When and where would you like your couples portraits to take place? We can break this into smaller sessions at different times of the day. The best light is usually one hour before sunset
  • Please list any specific group photos you want. Please keep in mind that even with the best ushering in the world it can still take 4-5 minutes per photo
  • Please nominate group shot helpers (a bridesmaid, usher or family member is best - someone who knows names and faces). Please also include also their email/phone numbers.
  • Anything else I need to know. Family relationships, special plans, etc

  • Supplier's Information

    Please give name and websites if possible, so I can liaise with them and credit them on my blog!
  • Designers, shoe makers, head dresses and anything else relevant
