Post Wedding Shoot in Croatia
A post-wedding shoot in Croatia, I had the pleasure of a post-wedding shoot too, in and around Split. Croatia, what an amazingly beautiful country !!! Here are several things you can do while in Split.
The Diocletian’s Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage site built-in 305 AD for the Roman Emperor Diocletian and located within the Old Town of Split. The City of Split grew around the Palace.
Bell Tower of St. Domnius Cathedral
The oldest Catholic Cathedral in the world, built around 7th Century AD. and offers the most stunning views over Split if you climb to the top of the Bell Tower
Historic Split – The Old Town
The heart of the Old Town is built around Narodni Trg and is a maze of streets and lanes surround Diocletian’s Palace. There is an abundance of cafes and restaurants to choose from in Split.
Game of Thrones fan will instantly recognise Klis Fortress. It is the setting fro Meereen. Klis Fortress has a long and fascinating history and offers impressive panoramic views over Split and the Dalmation Coast. You can truly appreciate the beautiful light from Klis Fortress.
A popular walk is along the Riva Promenade, and it’s no surprise to see why. With a colourful building, palm trees, plentiful cafes, and places to eat. I have never seen so many ATMs.
Where to start? Numerous restaurants are serving so many amazing dishes. Seafood is prevalent—so so many highly recommended restaurants all over the city.
