Lamb Tavern Wedding Photography

Lamb Tavern Wedding Photography; I was catching up with my friend Cristina, and discussing her new adventure, selling premium scarves produced in a factory owned by her father in Italy.

Cristina casually mentioned a friend was looking for a photographer. A few days later, I was sat with Anastasia discussing her wedding; she is a merchandiser for luxury bags company, Anya Hindmarch.

On the day of the wedding, I made my way to Tower Hamlets Registry Office for the wedding ceremony. I arrived early – as I always do – and decided to sit down for a relaxing coffee.

Once drunk, I made my way to the Registry Office and waited for Anastasia and Theo to arrive. The bride is Italian, and the groom is Greek. It was beautiful to see the two families mixing before the ceremony.

Anastasia arrived in a fabulous Gatsby styled wedding dress, with a faux-fur jacket. The ceremony was very emotional, and there were tears and hugs!

Then everyone jumped onto a Red Vintage Bus for a 2-hour tour across London, taking in the sights of  London via London Bridge, Westminster, Piccadilly to reach our final destination in the City of London, The Lamb Tavern, Leadenhall Market.

We took group photos before heading inside for the cutting of the cake and first dance, and we had yummy food!

Then it was time for me to pack up and leave the couple with their closest family and friends.

Lamb Tavern Wedding Review

Anastasia kindly left this message:
“I saw the preview photos yesterday evening! OMG Are sooo beautiful! Can’t wait to see the all the other pictures!”

What was your favourite part of your wedding?
The sightseeing tour inside the bus, we were in deep contact with our guests. We really enjoyed the laughs and old memories.

What made you choose your ceremony/reception locations?
We liked the atmosphere of an old traditional English pub.

What details and styling did you choose?
A Gatsby style.

The best advice for a bride?
Before going to the Public Hall, spend time with your family and witness during the preparation. It keeps you calm and relaxed.

The best advice for a groom?
On the wedding date, to do a cut-throat razor shave with hot towel and massage. Great Relief!

Your favourite moment / the moment that will last forever?
The round dancing moment will all our guests! Very typical Greek moment!

The biggest surprise about your wedding day?
The gifts moment from our guests.

What you loved most about working with me?
You managed to capture all the most important moments.

How to tame any wedding day nerves & excitement?
Just to book in advance all the special treatments/flowers/cake and the day of the wedding to focus only on the makeup and hairstyle!

How often have you looked through your photos since your wedding day?
At least Every day.
